    1. In case of Online Order, three attempts will be made and failure to which, the product will return to its origin until the customer gives further instructions. In case of Cash on Delivery Order, the Courier Company usually calls the customer to checks their availability. Should the customer not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, two more attempts are made automatically. Further to this, the parcel is re-dispatched only after taking appropriate instructions from the customer.
