Click on the GET STYLED button on our home page and follow the easy steps to sign up and create your style profile where through a series of questions we will understand your style and requirements. This typically takes 10-15 minutes but in case you’re short on time there is an option of a secondary questionnaire which will only take you 60 seconds to fill. 3. What happens after I create my Style Profile?
Our stylists will curate five looks best suited for you from an amalgamation of brands on our portfolio. These will be sent to you by email and will appear online on your account. You can purchase the outfits that you love, and we will deliver them to you. If you don’t like any, you can always request for more looks from our stylists.

7. What happens if an item ordered is out of stock?
Our Team will get in touch with you within 24-48 hours. If the payment has already been made, we will refund the amount. It usually takes 10-15 working days from when the refund request was raised for the amount to reflect in your account.

We offer free shipping across all products on no minimum purchase value for any orders within India. International orders will be charged based on the actual shipping charges.

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, the tracking details are shared via email.
10. What if I am not available when you deliver the merchandise?
In case of Online Order, three attempts will be made and failure to which, the product will return to its origin until the customer gives further instructions.
In case of Cash on Delivery Order, the Courier Company usually calls the customer to checks their availability. Should the customer not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, two more attempts are made automatically. Further to this, the parcel is re-dispatched only after taking appropriate instructions from the customer.

12. Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same box?
We try our best to dispatch all products in one shipment for your convenience. If you wish for us to dispatch some items early please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Sometimes we may dispatch a single order in multiple shipments to ensure that the product reaches you safely.
13. What can I do if I have received a damaged product?
We take pride in the Quality of our shipping and packaging process, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures at email@example.com and we will take care of the rest.
